Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for our assistance program, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
  • Location: Your home must be within the GM Modern Housing Neighborhood or Unity Park area.
  • Funding: Up to $10,000 is available for qualified repairs.
  • Occupancy: The property must be owner-occupied and serve as the primary residence for all owners on the title.
  • Financial Obligations: Mortgage and property taxes must be current or on a verified repayment plan, and the property should not be at risk of foreclosure.
  • Insurance: The property must be covered under homeowner insurance.
  • Property Type: We focus on single-family residences.
  • Application Period: Apply now as applications are being accepted until funds are depleted.
