October Homebuyer Education Webinar

2-Day Homebuyer Education Webinar.  

This is a 2-day Zoom Webinar for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents, to be held Wednesday October 6th & Thursday October 7th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.  Join us and learn about the home-buying process - including credit, budgeting, down payment assistance, and mortgage approval and closing. A MSHDA Certificate of Completion will be provided at end of class for all who attend the entire 4 hours.

 

You must attend both days:    Wednesday October 6th & Thursday October 7th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

 

When you register you will be sent an email confirming your registration.  Then, 2 business days prior to the class you will be sent the Zoom link and other information related to the webinar.  If you do not receive either of these emails, look in your SPAM folder or contact housingcounseling@olhsa.org PRIOR to the day of the class.  We may not be able to answer the email the day of the class.
