2-Day Homebuyer Education Webinar.


This is a 2-day Zoom Webinar for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents, to be held Tuesday November 17th & Wednesday November 18th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.  Join us and learn about the home-buying process - including credit, budgeting, down payment assistance, and mortgage approval and closing. A MSHDA Certificate of Completion will be provided at end of class for all who attend the entire 4 hours.


You must attend both days:  Tuesday November 17th & Wednesday November 18th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm


When you register you will be emailed a form to complete, sign, and return 48 hours prior to the start of class. Complete details will be included in the email.  We must have these forms returned to us by 6pm Sunday Nov 15th.  You will not be eligible for the class if you do not meet this deadline
