NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 2016: Early Childhood Services Evaluation Contractors Posted: January 26, 2016 Updated: January 26, 2016

OLHSA is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for evaluation contracting services in Southeastern counties for OLHSA’s Early Childhood Division’s perusal of grants from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. The program prioritizes services to families with children impacted by incarceration. Minimum requirements: 10 years experience in providing evaluation services, including experience in conducting local impact evaluation. Pursual of this grant requires the Independent Evaluator to submit, to OLHSA Team Leader, all appropriate technical, business data and information concerning its proposed portion of the project, including reasonable cost or pricing data, for use in preparation of the proposal.  The Independent Evaluator shall make available appropriate and high-quality personnel to provide reasonable assistance to the OLHSA Team Leader in the preparation of the proposal as directed by OLHSA Team Leader.

OLHSA is having an open request for qualification until February 19th at 2:00PM.

A Bidders Conference will be held at OLHSA, 196 Cesar E Chavez, Pontiac, MI 48343, on Wednesday, February 4th at 2:00pm.  All potential offers are encouraged to attend the Bidders Conference. All instructions for the RFQ will be provided at the Bidders Conference.  All questions will be answered at the Bidders Conference.

Qualifications will be received until 2:00pm. EST, February 19th, at which time qualifications will be opened and read.

This submission shall include the entire Request for Qualification document and any amendments as issued.  Late qualifications shall not be accepted!
