ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 5 years from probation or sentence

• Individuals with up to (2) misdemeanors and/or (1) felony

• State of Michigan convictions only

CHARGES THAT CANNOT BE EXPUNGED:

• DUIs and traffic offenses

• Capital offenses

• Convictions for sexual criminal conduct (first through third degree)
