About OLHSA

Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA) is a Community Action Agency formed in 1964 as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson's War on Poverty. OLHSA supports Oakland and Livingston County residents that are looking for assistance in removing the burdens of poverty. We provide individually tailored, wrap-around assistance for all individuals and families in need of help.

Your Two Cents: Budgeting - February 11, 2025 6PM at the Howell Carnegie Library

If you answered yes to any of those questions, participate in Your Two Cents:

Topics include:

  • Understanding your income and expenses
  • Know how to create a budget
  • Understand how to use a crisis budget
  • How to add savings into your budget 

This class is limited to Oakland and Livingston County Residents. IN PERSON ONLY. Online registration required.
