Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA) is a Community Action Agency formed in 1964 as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson's War on Poverty. OLHSA supports Oakland and Livingston County residents that are looking for assistance in removing the burdens of poverty. We provide individually tailored, wrap-around assistance for all individuals and families in need of help.

Debt Negotiation - July 11, 2024 6-7 PM

Do you have collections or large, unaffordable debt you want to pay off, but do not know where to start?  Do you want to remove or reduce your debt to reduce your monthly payments and improve your credit score? This interactive and informative webinar will explain strategies you can use to help reduce or eliminate your debt and reach your financial dreams.  Topics include:

  • Identify strategies to address debts in collection
  • Identify strategies to address high interest debt or unaffordable credit card debt
  • Understand financial implications of Debt Forgiveness

Once you register you will receive an email with additional details. The link to the Zoom webinar will be sent via email two business days before the webinar. (This class qualifies for Key to Own Financial Education and interest forgiveness for Employee Loan Program.  Please let us know before the class so we can give you credit.) 

This class is limited to Oakland and Livingston County Residents.
