June Homebuyer Education Webinar - 2 Day Class
This is an interactive 2-day, 6-hour, Zoom Webinar for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents, to be held Wednesday and Thursday, June 1 & 2, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. It is conducted in partnership with professionals from the banking and real estate industry. We provide information and activities to help your understand and be prepared for the home buying process, including working with real estate agents, inspections, appraisals, different loan options, down payment assistance, credit and mortgage approval, and closing documents.
We recommend you have a pen or pencil, paper, and calculator to fully complete the activities in this webinar. Join us and learn about the home-buying process; topics include:

A MSHDA Certificate of Completion will be provided to those who attend all 6 hours of the class and actively participate in class. Must be a current Oakland or Livingston County Resident to attend.
