This is an interactive Zoom Webinar for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents.  It will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 9 am - 2 pm.  The webinar is conducted in partnership with professionals from the banking and real estate industries.  We provide information and activities to help you understand, and be prepared for, the home buying process; including working with real estate agents, inspections, appraisals, different loan options, down payment assistance, credit and mortgage approval, and closing documents.
