2-Day Homebuyer Education Webinar on May 6&7, 2025 at 5:30-8:30 PM BOTH EVENINGS
This is an interactive workshop for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents. It will be held May 6&7 at 5:30-8:30 pm BOTH EVENINGS. The class is conducted in partnership with professionals from the banking and real estate industries. We provide information and activities to help you understand, and be prepared for, the home buying process; including working with real estate agents, inspections, appraisals, different loan options, down payment assistance, credit and mortgage approval, and closing documents.

A MSHDA Certificate of Completion will be provided ONLY to those who actively participate AND attend BOTH CLASSES, all 6 hours of the classes. Must be a current Oakland or Livingston County Resident to attend. Online registration is required.
