• OLHSA is now offering Covid Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) in both Oakland and Livingston Counties.

  The focus of the funding is to keep low-income tenants in their rental units by assisting with rental arrearages, utility payments, case management, an internet stipend and other services that tenants may be eligible for to remain stably housed and avoid homelessness.

  In an effort to simplify the application process, clients can apply and upload their information at the following link:
