South Oakland Homebuyer Seminar

OLHSA, A Community Action Agency, will be sponsoring a seminar that will assist individuals and families with the home buying process.  At the completion of the day long seminar, participants will receive a certificate.

Participants will learn more about:

  • Credit
  • Budgeting
  • Lenders
  • Mortgage Approval & Closing

Where: Accounting Aid Society Oakland Neighborhood Tax Center

Time:   February 18, 2012, Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(You must be present the whole time to receive the certificate).
