OLHSA’s annual board meeting celebrates clients, volunteers and corporate sponsors Posted: May 20, 2014

In April, OLHSA had its annual board meeting, which recognized special individuals who have supported OLHSA or have taken part in our services.  We also showcased the history of OLHSA as part of our 50th anniversary celebration.

Genisys Credit Union and Web World Advantage received corporate sponsor recognition for their generous support of OLHSA’s Walk for Warmth events. Both companies truly made our events a success.

Oakland and Livingston county clients received awards for their accomplishments through OLHSA, leveraging the help that was provided to enhance their lives. Dennis Griffin, long time OLHSA board of directors member, was honored and awarded "emeritus" status. He was also recognized for his volunteer work for OLHSA. Livingston County Undersheriff Mike Murphy received an award for his volunteer efforts, especially with Walk for Warmth. The Oakland and Livingston County Board of Commissioners also received recognition for their continued support of OLHSA and its services.

The board meeting was a wonderful time for us to recognize individuals who help support OLHSA and its mission. We want to thank everyone who has been an integral part of OLHSA’s success.
