Home Chore Services
Provides yard work, snow removal, lawn mowing, and one time heavy housekeeping for elderly residents who can no longer maintain their homes, have no family support system, and cannot afford to pay to have work done.
The Senior Home Chore Program is funded through Title III of the Older Americans Act from the Area Agency on Aging 1-B through the Office of Services to the Aging. OLHSA compiles with the terms and regulations of Title V of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended in Section 504 of the Social Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended.
